Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Grab A Leaf, we operate as a delivery-only service serving customers across Durham Region and Canada. All orders are processed once Interac e-Transfer payment has been received and confirmed.
1. Local Delivery – Durham Region
We provide same-day local delivery within the following areas:
- Oshawa South: $2.50
- Oshawa North: $3.50
- Whitby: $5.00
- Courtice: $6.00
- Ajax: $10.00
Delivery Hours:
Monday – Saturday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM (Orders by 8:00 PM)
Sunday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Customers will receive a text message with an estimated time of arrival prior to dispatch. Valid government-issued ID is required upon delivery (19+ only).
2. Ontario Shipping
- $10 Flat Shipping on orders under $85
- Free Shipping on orders $85 and over
Orders are shipped via Canada Post. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched.
3. Quebec & Western Canada
We ship to Quebec, Manitoba, Alberta, and British Columbia using Canada Post live rates.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
- Free Shipping on orders $100 and over
Shipping costs vary depending on destination and package weight.
4. Territories
We do not currently ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut.
5. Order Processing & Payment
All orders require payment via Interac e-Transfer. Once payment is received:
- Orders are confirmed within 30–60 minutes during business hours
- Local deliveries are dispatched same day (within service hours)
- Shipping orders are processed within 1 business day
6. Delivery & Shipping Conditions
- Customer must provide accurate shipping and contact information
- Government-issued ID is required for age verification (19+)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
- Grab A Leaf is not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post
